This After-Sales Policy applies to the purchase and use of our Smart Sleep Mask (Product) sold in the United States, Europe, East Asia, Australia, South Africa, Thailand, and other international markets. By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to the terms set forth below.

 


 

1. Product Nature & Disclaimer

 

This Product is a consumer-grade smart wellness device

It is not a medical device

It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition

Individual sleep experiences and outcomes may vary

 

 


 

2. Warranty Policy

2.1 Limited Warranty Coverage

We provide a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date of original purchase or delivery, whichever applies.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use, including:

Electronic component failures

Control or sensor system malfunctions

Battery abnormalities not caused by normal aging

2.2 Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper handling

Damage caused by water exposure, crushing, or dropping

Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair

Normal wear and tear, including surface aging and elastic degradation

Battery capacity reduction due to natural aging

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or channels

 


 

3. Return & Refund Policy

3.1 30-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the Product if:

The Product is in good working condition

No excessive or long-term usage marks are present

All original accessories and packaging are included

Refunds will be issued after inspection and approval and returned to the original payment method.

3.2 Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns may be declined if:

The Product shows clear signs of excessive or improper use

The Product is customized or personalized

The return request is submitted after the applicable return period

 


 

4. Replacement & Repair Policy

4.1 Replacement

Within 7 days of delivery: defective products are eligible for replacement with a new unit

Within 830 days of delivery: defective products may be replaced with the same model or an equivalent product

4.2 Repair

Within the warranty period: repair or replacement will be provided at no cost

Outside the warranty period: paid repair services or discounted replacement options may be offered

 


 

5. Battery & Consumable Components

The built-in battery is considered a consumable component

Normal battery capacity degradation over time is not considered a defect

Abnormal issues such as failure to charge, overheating, or sudden capacity loss during the warranty period are covered

7. Regional Consumer Rights Notice

United States

This warranty is provided in addition to rights and remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

South Africa
