1. Returns

1.1 Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of your order being delivered. To be eligible, the item must:

· Remain in its original condition: unused, unwashed, with no signs of wear or damage.

· Be complete and intact: including all original packaging, tags, parts, and accessories.

1.2 Requesting a Return
Please request a return by emailing info@selepu.com within 14 days of delivery. Your email must include:

· Your order number

· The product serial number

1.3 Sending Your Return
Once your return is approved, you have 30 days to send the item back to the address provided in our confirmation email. Please note:

· Use the original packaging to protect the item during transit.

· If you do not receive the return address, please contact us to confirm it.

· Keep the shipping receipt and tracking number for your records.

1.4 Return Shipping Costs

· Non-quality related returns: For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

· Quality issues / Wrong item sent: If the return is due to a product defect or our shipping error, SELEPU will cover the return shipping cost.

2. Refunds

We will process your return promptly upon receiving the item. General processing times are:

· Inspection time: 3-5 business days

· Refund completion time: Within 14 business days (actual time may vary depending on your payment provider).

2.1 Inspection
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days. If the return meets our policy conditions, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days and notify you by email.

2.2 Refund Amount
You will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the item (excluding the original outbound shipping cost, if applicable). The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

2.3 Value Deduction
If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, missing parts, or damaged packaging beyond what is necessary to inspect the item—affecting its eligibility for resale—we reserve the right to deduct a partial amount from the refund (the specific amount will be confirmed with you via email) or to reject the return entirely.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email at info@selepu.com. Please include:

· Your order number

· The product serial number

· A description of the issue

· Clear photos or a video showing the problem

After verifying the issue, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund and cover all associated return and exchange shipping costs.
