1. When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding the order placement day and public holidays). During promotional events or peak order periods, there may be slight delays. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Shipping Costs
· Free Standard Shipping for One DreamPilot M103 Unit: We offer free standard shipping for one DreamPilot M103 unit.
· Additional Shipping Fees: If any additional shipping fees apply due to special delivery requirements, remote locations, address-related issues, or reshipment requests, we will notify you before processing the shipment.
3. Which countries do you ship to?
Deliverable Countries/Regions
We currently ship to the following countries:
North America: United States, Canada
Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany
Asia Pacific: Japan
If your country or region is not listed above, we are currently unable to ship to your location.
Important Notes
· Remote Area Restrictions: Due to limitations imposed by third-party logistics providers, we may be unable to deliver to certain remote areas, island regions, or locations with limited carrier coverage. Please verify that your address is within our deliverable area before placing an order.
· Addresses We Cannot Ship To: We do not accept orders shipped to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), P.O. Boxes, or freight forwarder warehouses. Please provide a valid physical delivery address.
4. Shipping Time
International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days for delivery. Actual transit time depends on the destination country, customs processing speed, and carrier capacity. Please be aware that delays may occur due to:
· Public holidays or customs inspections in the destination country
· Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters
· Promotional events or peak order seasons
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's progress in real-time.
5. Shipping Information
· Accuracy of Delivery Information: Please ensure that the recipient's name, phone number, and complete address, including postal code, are accurate. If a tax ID or other customs-related information is required in your region, please provide it correctly. SELEPU is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer or from being unreachable by phone.
· Customs Responsibilities: International orders are subject to customs clearance in the destination country and may incur duties, taxes, or VAT. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. If the package is returned, confiscated, or destroyed due to the recipient's refusal to pay these charges, refusal to clear customs, or failure to provide necessary documentation in a timely manner, all resulting costs, including shipping fees and customs fines, will be borne by the customer.
6. Can I change my delivery address after my package has been shipped?
Once a package has been dispatched, carriers generally cannot change the delivery address mid-transit. We regret that we cannot accommodate such requests. If you need to modify your shipping information before your order has been shipped, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@selepu.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
