Welcome to register and use the “Neuron Sleep Mask App" software and services provided by our company.

Before you register an account and use the services of the Neuron Sleep Mask App (hereinafter referred to as "the Services"), we specially remind you to carefully read and fully understand all clauses of this Neuron Sleep Mask App Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"), especially the clauses related to service fees, clauses that exempt or limit our liability, clauses that restrict your rights, dispute resolution, and applicable law. Such clauses will be bolded to draw your attention.

By clicking "Agree" on the web page, or registering and using the Neuron Sleep Mask App account, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement, and to be bound by all its terms. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you have the full right to exit the Services.

1. General Provisions

This Agreement is a contract between the user ("you") and our company ("we") regarding the use of the "Neuron Sleep Mask App" ("the Services"). We may update the Agreement in accordance with laws, regulations, or business needs, and the updated version will be published on the App or official website. If you do not agree to the updated content, please stop using the Services; continued use will be deemed acceptance of the updates.

2. Obtainment, Installation, and Upgrade of the Software

2.1 Please download the App from the Apple App Store or other official channels. Downloads from non-official channels may pose security risks to your device, and we shall not be liable for any losses arising therefrom.

2.2 Please ensure that the App version is compatible with your device. Any issues caused by incompatibility shall be borne by the user.

2.3 We may provide App updates to optimize the user experience. Some updates may be charged, and we will notify you in advance and obtain your consent. Older versions may no longer be supported, so please update in time.

3. User Authorization and Legal Use

3.1 The registration information for the Neuron Sleep Mask Aid App account includes, but is not limited to, the user's account name, phone number, avatar, password, and all information entered during account registration or update.

3.2 Your access to and use of the Services are subject to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

3.2.1 access or use the Services if you are not fully able and legally competent to agree to these Terms or are not authorized to use the Services by your parent or legal guardian;

3.2.2 make unauthorized copies, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or create any derivative works of the Services or any content included therein, including any files, tables or documentation (or any portion thereof) or determine or attempt to determine any source code, algorithms, methods or techniques embodied by the Services or any derivative works thereof;

3.2.3 distribute, license, transfer, or sell, in whole or in part, any of the Services or any derivative works thereof;

3.2.4 market, rent or lease the Services for a fee or charge, or use the Services to advertise or perform any commercial solicitation;

3.2.5 use the Services, without our express written consent, for any commercial or unauthorized purpose, including communicating or facilitating any commercial advertisement or solicitation or spamming;

3.2.6 interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Services, disrupt our website or any networks connected to the Services, or bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Services;

3.2.7 incorporate the Services or any portion thereof into any other program or product. In such case, we reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or limit access to the Services in our sole discretion;

3.2.8 use automated scripts to collect information from or otherwise interact with the Services;

3.2.9 impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent you or your affiliation with any person or entity, including giving the impression that any content you upload, post, transmit, distribute or otherwise make available emanates from the Services;

3.2.10 intimidate or harass another, or promote sexually explicit material, violence or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;

3.2.11 use or attempt to use another’s account, service or system without authorization, or create a false identity on the Services;

3.2.12 use the Services in a manner that may create a conflict of interest or undermine the purposes of the Services;

3.2.13 use the Services to upload, transmit, distribute, store or otherwise make available in any way:

files that contain viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, solicitations, promotional materials, “junk mail”, “spam”, “chain letters”, “pyramid schemes”, or any other prohibited form of solicitation;
any private information of any third party, including addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, numbers and features in the personal identity document (e.g., National Insurance numbers, passport numbers) or credit card numbers;
any material which does or may infringe any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property or privacy rights of any other person;
any material that is defamatory of any person, obscene, offensive, pornographic, hateful or inflammatory;
any material that would constitute, encourage or provide instructions for a criminal offense, dangerous activities or self-harm;
any material that is deliberately designed to provoke or antagonize people, especially trolling and bullying, or is intended to harass, harm, hurt, scare, distress, embarrass or upset people;
any material that contains a threat of any kind, including threats of physical violence;
any material that is racist or discriminatory, including discrimination on the basis of someone’s race, religion, age, gender, disability or sexuality;
any answers, responses, comments, opinions, analysis or recommendations that you are not properly licensed or otherwise qualified to provide; or
material that, in the sole judgment of BrainCo, is objectionable or restricts or inhibits any other person from using the Services, or may expose BrainCo, the Services or its users to any harm or liability of any type

If you engage in any of the above illegal acts or infringe on others' legitimate rights, we have the right to take appropriate measures immediately, including but not limited to deleting such illegal content, terminating the software license for you, stopping all technical services, and resorting to law enforcement or judicial authorities. You shall bear full responsibility for any losses incurred by yourself or caused to us and/or third parties due to your illegal or improper use of the Neuron Sleep Mask App.

3.3 After successful registration, you will receive account information such as a username and password, and you may change your password in accordance with the site's regulations. You shall carefully and properly store and use your username and password. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account or security vulnerabilities, please notify the site immediately and report to the public security authorities. Any losses caused to you by a third party's use of your account due to your failure to properly safeguard your account name and password shall be borne by you.

3.4 Your Neuron Sleep Mask App account is for your personal use only. You are strictly prohibited from allowing third parties to use your account. Otherwise, you shall bear full responsibility for any consequences arising therefrom and be jointly and severally liable with the actual user.

3.5 In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the Neuron Sleep Mask Aid App has the right to authenticate registered users based on real identity information such as mobile phone numbers, email addresses, or WeChat. For users who refuse real identity authentication, the Neuron Sleep Mask App reserves the right to refuse to provide relevant services and may take measures including but not limited to restricting service usage or closing the account.

3.6 The Neuron Sleep Mask App may contain advertisements, which is a legitimate and reasonable business model for us. You agree to receive advertising information from us and third-party partners while using the software.

3.7 You may use the software to post original views, data, text, information, usernames, pictures, photos, personal information, audio, video files, links, and other content that you own or are authorized to post. You must ensure that you own the intellectual property rights to the uploaded content or have obtained legal authorization, and that any use of the software and services does not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. You shall not post any form of advertising through the site. We have the right to handle advertising content posted by users, including but not limited to deleting the content or closing the account. Due to the immediacy and universality of online information dissemination, we cannot handle users' advertising posts in real time. Users are hereby reminded to independently verify the content of such advertisements. Any losses incurred by users due to such advertising content shall be unrelated to us. We encourage users to report such advertising posts, and we will handle them promptly upon receiving reports.

4. Third-Party Content/Service Description

4.1 You understand and agree that the software may contain content or services provided by our affiliates or third parties. We only provide relevant functional modules and access to third-party content or services in the software for user convenience.

4.2 If you log in to third-party software or platforms independently operated by our affiliates or other partners (hereinafter referred to as "third-party service providers") and use related products or services, in addition to complying with this Agreement, you must carefully read and comply with the user agreements and privacy policies of such third-party service providers.

4.3 Whether third-party content or services are pre-installed in the software or activated/ordered by the user, you understand and agree that we have no right or obligation to control or review the content of products or services provided by third-party service providers. We shall not be liable for any infringement of your rights and interests when using such third-party products and services. We do not guarantee the availability, reliability, or security of products or services provided by any third-party service providers, nor do we make any promises, guarantees, or warranties regarding any content, advertisements, products, services, or other information provided by third parties in the Services.

4.4 When third-party service providers collect your user information or record your behavior information, you should independently review relevant agreements or warnings. We assume no obligation to prompt or review such actions and shall not be liable for any risks or losses that may arise. You shall resolve such issues directly with the third-party service providers.

5. Intellectual Property Statement

5.1 Our company is the intellectual property rights owner of the software. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, in the software, as well as all information content related to the software (including but not limited to text, pictures, audio, video, charts, interface designs, layout frameworks, relevant data, or electronic documents), are protected by the laws of your jurisdiction and applicable international treaties, and we own such intellectual property rights.

5.2 Any materials or other information downloaded or used by you through the Neuron Sleep Mask App is for your personal entertainment, study, research, training, or appreciation only. Except as expressly authorized in this Service Agreement, we do not grant you other rights. If you exercise other rights, you must obtain our written consent. We reserve the right to pursue legal liability for any such acts.

6. Agreement Changes

6.1 We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary. Once the terms are changed, the revised Agreement will be published on the relevant page. If you do not agree to the changes, you should cancel the Services. Continued use will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

6.2 We and our partner companies reserve the right to modify or change the paid services, charging standards, payment methods, service fees, and service terms as needed. When providing services, we may charge fees for some services now or in the future. If you refuse to pay such fees, you may not continue to use the relevant services after the charge takes effect. We and our partner companies will make every effort to notify you of such modifications or changes via email or other means.

7. Disclaimer and Non-Guarantee

7.1 Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, all information, content, materials, products (including software), and services contained in or otherwise provided to you through the site, as well as its servers or emails and information sent from the site, are provided "as is" and "as available."

7.2 Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, we make no express or implied representations or warranties (except as otherwise required by the laws of the People's Republic of China) regarding the operation of the site, or the information, content, materials, products (including software), or services contained in or provided through the site.

7.3 We do not guarantee that all information, content, materials, products (including software), and services contained in or otherwise provided to you through the site, its servers, or emails and information sent from the site are free of viruses or other harmful components.

7.4 The use of the software may be affected by force majeure or other factors, including but not limited to political reasons, social environment, natural disasters, economic crises, computer viruses or hacker attacks, server or system instability, your specific location, technical capabilities, network quality, communication lines, computer malfunctions, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "disclaimers"). In the event of such disclaimers, we will make every effort to repair or remedy the situation as soon as possible. To the extent permitted by applicable laws and policies, we shall be exempt from liability for any losses caused to you.

8. Applicable Law, Policies, and Dispute Resolution

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). Changes in rights and interests due to legal changes do not affect the validity of the Agreement.

8.2 Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit or arbitration with a competent people's court or international arbitration institution, with the specific jurisdiction determined by the user's location.

8.3 You and we agree that any dispute arising from the Services shall be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court at the place where this Agreement is signed for litigation.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1 The owner of the Neuron Sleep Mask App refers to the operating entity of the software App that has obtained legal permission or filing from government departments.

9.2 We respect the legitimate rights of users and consumers. These service terms and various rules, policies, statements, and other contents published on the site are intended to provide better and more convenient services to users and consumers. The Neuron Sleep Mask App welcomes opinions and suggestions from users and the public.

9.3 We may issue relevant agreements for users from time to time, which may be regarded as supplements or modifications to this Agreement and form part of it. Please pay timely attention to and read these agreements. If any clause of this Agreement is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable, such clause shall be deemed separable and shall not affect the validity of other clauses.

9.4 By completing registration and becoming a registered user of the Neuron Sleep Mask App, you fully accept these service terms. Before registration, please confirm again that you have read and fully understood all contents of this Agreement.
