First-Time Setup Video

Start here. This video walks you through the basic setup and first-use process.

Quick Setup Steps

Follow the steps below to connect your mask and start your first experience.

  1. Download the App. Scan the QR code in the Quick Guide or search for “DreamPilot+” in your app store.
  2. Enable Bluetooth & WLAN. Turn on Bluetooth and WLAN on your phone. Do not pair the mask directly in phone settings.
  3. Open the App. Open the DreamPilot+ App and register or log in to your account.
  4. Power on the mask. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until three LEDs light up sequentially.
  5. Add device. Tap the “+” icon on the App’s home screen to add your sleep mask.
  6. Enter the pairing interface. Allow Bluetooth permissions when requested by the App and enter the pairing page.
  7. Match the device code. Find the device code that matches your mask and tap “Connect”.
  8. Confirm device info. Confirm the device information shown in the App, then continue to network configuration.
  9. Connect to 2.4G WiFi. Make sure your phone is on the same 2.4G WiFi network, then enter the WiFi password in the App.
  10. Connection successful. When the device status shows “Connected”, the sleep mask has been successfully paired.
  11. Wear the mask. Put on the mask and adjust the strap until it feels secure and comfortable.
  12. Start your experience. For accurate sleep experience summaries, use the mask in a WiFi and Bluetooth environment.

No WiFi? Use Offline Mode.

DreamPilot M103 can work in Offline Mode without App or network connection. All features can be used, but sleep data tracking or uploads may have slight delays.

1. Which App should I download?

Please download the “DreamPilot+” App. You can scan the QR code in the Quick Guide or search for “DreamPilot+” in your app store.

2. Why can’t I find the device in the App?

Please make sure the mask is powered on, your phone’s Bluetooth and WLAN are enabled, and the mask is close to your phone. Pairing must be completed inside the DreamPilot+ App, not directly from your phone’s Bluetooth settings.

3. Why shouldn’t I connect the mask directly in Bluetooth settings?

The mask needs to be paired through the DreamPilot+ App so the App can recognize and configure the device correctly. Please enable Bluetooth on your phone, then complete pairing inside the App.

4. What should I do if pairing fails?

Please restart the mask, close and reopen the App, make sure Bluetooth and WLAN are enabled, then try adding the device again. Also check whether the device code shown in the App matches your mask.

5. Where can I find the device code?

The device code appears during the App pairing process. Please select the code that matches your mask, then tap “Connect”. If several devices appear nearby, keep your mask close to your phone and try again.

6. Does the mask support 5G WiFi?

For first-time network configuration, please use a 2.4G WiFi network. If your router combines 2.4G and 5G under one network name, you may need to check your router settings or try a dedicated 2.4G network.

7. What if I enter the wrong WiFi password?

Please go back to the WiFi configuration step and enter the password again. Make sure your phone is connected to the same 2.4G WiFi network before starting configuration.

8. Can I use the mask without WiFi?

Yes. You can use Offline Mode without App or network connection. All features can be used, but sleep data tracking or uploads may have slight delays.

9. Why is my sleep experience summary not showing immediately?

Sleep data may take some time to sync, especially if the mask was used offline or the network connection was unstable. For smoother uploads, use the mask in a WiFi and Bluetooth environment.

10. How should I wear the mask correctly?

Place the mask over your eyes and adjust the strap until it feels secure and comfortable. The mask should stay close to your face without feeling too tight.

11. What should I do if the mask feels too tight or uncomfortable?

Please loosen the strap and reposition the mask. It should feel stable and comfortable. If discomfort continues, stop using the mask and contact support for help.

12. Can I use the heating function with contact lenses?

No. Please remove contact lenses before using the heating function.

13. What should I do if I feel discomfort during use?

Stop using the mask immediately if you experience discomfort such as headache, dizziness, nausea, skin irritation, eye redness, or any unusual feeling. If discomfort continues, please consult a physician.

14. How do I clean the mask?

Do not immerse the device in water or expose the main unit to liquids. Gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Make sure the device is fully dry before storage or charging.
