The magnetic charging interface is located on the front of the eye mask near the switch button. There is a transparent protective film on it. Please confirm that the protective film is removed before charging. The method to determine whether it can be charged correctly is to remove the protective film, connect the charger through a USB cable, and correctly connect the magnetic charging head. The LED of the eye mask will be green or red. If there is an LED indicator, it indicates that the charging and device are normal.
Please try using a charging cable to confirm if the charging indicator light is displaying red or green normally. This is the first step in confirming if there are any physical issues with the device; If the indicator light is normal, please try long pressing the switch button for about 3 seconds. There will be a startup sound and vibration prompt. At this time, you can release the button and the device will complete the startup.
You can download the app by scanning the QR code in the quick guide and manual, or by searching for "Dreampilot+" in the app store. At the same time, we provide two independent QR codes that users can scan and download according to their mobile phone system. Note: Currently, the app does not support the native HarmonyOS system.
Regardless of the mode in which the device is operating (offline mode - Custom mode - AI mode), users can simultaneously press the + and - keys on the mask for about 3 seconds (wearing state) while wearing the eye mask correctly. Then the device will enter the voice configuration process, and you can press + or - to increase or decrease the voice to a volume that suits you. Meanwhile, this is a loop mode where users can press and hold two buttons again for 3 seconds to enter other function settings, and then adjust the intensity. Regardless of the working mode, the user's manual input is always based on the first priority, and the AI system will learn the user's operating habits.
(1) Please ensure to remove the protective film (Blue color) on EMS electrode, it’s mandatory.
(2) Whether in AI mode or custom mode or offline mode, after successful setting, the eye mask will enter standby mode. After being worn correctly, the EEG electrode will come into contact with and adhere to the skin for signal detection. Once the signal quality is confirmed to be correct, the equipment will start working. This process usually starts within 20 seconds after wearing it
(3) After wearing it, you could push the mask around forehead , in order to ensure the EEG sensor contact
AI mode automatically adjusts and generates an AI solution based on user usage. For more noticeable music, heating, and vibration, please switch to professional mode.
This may be due to detection of detachment. Please ensure that the EEG electrodes are correctly in contact with the skin;Removing or improper wearing stops the music and automatically shuts down after 3 minutes.
After adjusting the volume, the announcer's voice will synchronize with the volume, decreasing in volume. The intermittent audio may be due to rapid switching, causing the announcer's voice to cover the audio.
To save energy and reduce power consumption, the eye mask automatically disconnects Bluetooth when in use. It will automatically reconnect to Bluetooth/Wi-Fi when removed or when uploading reports.
Whether in AI mode or custom mode, after successful setup, the eye mask enters a standby state. When correctly worn, the EEG electrodes will contact and adhere to the skin for signal detection. Once the signal quality is confirmed, it will start working. This process usually begins within 20 seconds of being worn. If not actually worn or if the EEG signal quality is poor after wearing, the device will still be in standby mode. In this case, the device will automatically shut down after 3 minutes.
This is the default function enabled during sleep regulation,You can turn it off in the Custom Mode of configuration.
