Welcome to selepu.com! selepu.com, operated by QINGMU HONG KONG HOLDING LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), is the authorized e-commerce and digital operations service provider for Selepu Technology Co., Ltd. ("Selepu").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use or access our Services.
Please note that these Terms govern your use of selepu.com and our website-related services. Your use of the Neuron Sleep Mask App ("DreamPilot+") and device is also subject to Selepu’s separate App Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to read.
1. Account Registration and Site Access
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. To access certain features or make a purchase, you may be required to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
To use the Services, including browsing our store or purchasing products, you may be asked to provide certain information such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide it.

3. Orders & Payment
When you place an order through selepu.com, you are making an offer to purchase. We will do our best to process and fulfill your order promptly. In limited circumstances — such as where a product becomes unavailable, a pricing error occurs, or we are unable to verify your payment — we may need to cancel or adjust your order. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible using the contact information you provided and arrange a prompt refund if payment has already been collected.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order has been confirmed and is being processed, we may not be able to make changes. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@selepu.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you. Returns and exchanges after delivery are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
You warrant that all purchases made through the Services are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell products purchased from selepu.com without our prior written authorization.
All prices displayed on the website exclude taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, and import fees, which will be calculated and displayed separately during checkout. The price charged for your order will be the price in effect at the time of purchase, as shown in your order confirmation.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We will arrange for the delivery of your order to the address you provide during checkout. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery is deemed complete once the shipping carrier marks the package as "delivered" to the address provided by you. We are not responsible for theft or loss of packages after delivery confirmation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on selepu.com, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, videos, audio, product descriptions, website design, logos, trademarks, and software, is the property of selepu.com, Selepu Technology Co., Ltd., or our respective licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws worldwide.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website and its content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, download, store, or transmit any content from the website without our prior written consent.
The DreamPilot M103, Neuron Sleep Mask, and all associated trademarks, brand elements, and product designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Selepu Technology Co., Ltd and its affiliates. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any rights to use these trademarks or intellectual property.
6. Third-Party Tools & Links
The Services may integrate or provide access to tools, features, or services offered by third parties. We do not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for the functionality, accuracy, or security of these third-party tools. Your use of any third-party tool is entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third party.
The website may contain links to external websites that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. We encourage you to review the terms and policies of any external website you visit.
7. Application & Device Responsibility
The Neuron Sleep Mask App (DreamPilot+) is developed, owned, and operated exclusively by Selepu Technology Co., Ltd. Any issues, claims, or disputes arising from your use of the application or device must be directed solely to Selepu Technology Co., Ltd.
We are not a party to any agreement between you and Selepu Technology Co., Ltd. regarding the application or device, and we disclaim all liability for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from your use of the application or device.
8. Not a Medical Device
The Neuron Sleep Mask App (DreamPilot+) and the DreamPilot M103 are consumer wellness products. They are not medical devices and have not been evaluated, cleared, or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), Medsafe New Zealand, Health Canada, or any other regulatory authority.
The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any health-related or sleep-related information generated by the products is for informational and wellness purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or sleep disorder.
9. Privacy Policy
All personal information we collect through selepu.com is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy. Personal information collected through the Neuron Sleep Mask App and device is subject to the APP’s separate privacy policy.
10. User Feedback
If you submit any ideas, suggestions, reviews, comments, or other feedback ("Feedback") to us, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including commercial use.
We are under no obligation to keep your Feedback confidential or to compensate you for any Feedback you provide. You warrant that your Feedback does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
11. Prohibited Activities
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or ordinances;

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.
We make no warranties regarding the Neuron Sleep Mask App (DreamPilot+) and DreamPilot M103 device which are provided subject to the separate terms and warranties issued by Selepu Technology Co., Ltd.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SELEPU.COM, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT OR SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). SELEPU TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE NEURON SLEEP MASK APP (DREAMPILOT+) OR DREAMPILOT M103 DEVICE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS SHALL LIMIT OR EXCLUDE OUR LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, OR FOR FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
EU, UK, Australia, and New Zealand Consumer Exception. If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, or New Zealand, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations in this section apply only to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
15. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government orders, epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or failures of telecommunications, internet service providers, or third-party logistics providers.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.
Except as provided in the “EEA, Switzerland and UK Consumers” and “Intellectual Property and Injunctive Relief” sections below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in accordance with its rules in force at the time of the arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all claims must be brought on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
Consumer Exception: If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Australia, or New Zealand, nothing in this Agreement (including the arbitration agreement and class action waiver) shall deprive you of any mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
Where required by applicable law, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.
Before commencing arbitration or court proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at support@selepu.com so that we may attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.
Intellectual Property and Injunctive Relief: Nothing in this Agreement prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights, misuse of confidential information, or other conduct causing irreparable harm.
17. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the website. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
