I bought this mainly because I wanted more than a regular blackout mask. The combination of EEG-based feedback, gentle stimulation and warmth sounded interesting, although I wasn’t sure I’d actually tolerate wearing it overnight.
Fit matters. I had to adjust the strap a few times before it felt right, especially when sleeping on my side. Once I found the position, the experience felt much more natural. I like that it gives my bedtime routine some structure without asking me to stare at another screen. I’m still evaluating the sleep data over time, but so far the wind-down experience is the part I appreciate most.
