What modes are available?
DreamPilot M103 offers AI Mode, Custom Mode, and Offline Mode. AI Mode provides adaptive support, Custom Mode lets you adjust available settings manually, and Offline Mode allows simple one-tap use without the app.
Is DreamPilot M103 waterproof?
DreamPilot M103 has an IPX4 water-resistance rating, which means it can handle light splashes in normal use. It is not designed for showering, bathing, washing, swimming, or immersion in water. Avoid exposing the main unit to rain, snow, or other liquids.
Why don’t the “+” and “–” buttons change anything immediately?
The “+” and “–” buttons are designed to prevent accidental touches. Press and hold both buttons for about 3 seconds to enter adjustment mode. You can then switch between Sound, EMS, Heat, and Massage adjustment modes by pressing and holding both buttons again. In each mode, press “+” or “–” to adjust the available level. The mask exits adjustment mode automatically after about 30 seconds of no operation.
What should I do if I feel discomfort during use?
Stop using the device if you feel headache, dizziness, nausea, skin irritation, eye redness, unusual warmth, or any uncomfortable sensation. You may lower the intensity or end the session. If discomfort persists, discontinue use and consult a qualified healthcare professional.
What is your return and refund policy?
Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment. For unused products without quality issues, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. For verified quality issues, returns, replacements, or after-sales support may be available within 1 year of delivery.
