This Privacy Policy does NOT apply to personal information collected through the Neuron Sleep Mask App ("DreamPilot+") or the DreamPilot M103 device. The App and device are products of Selepu Technology Co., Ltd. and are each subject to Selepu's own separate privacy policy. 6. How do we store and transfer your personal information?

Data Storage Locations
The personal information collected through our overseas website is primarily stored and processed on Shopify's platform and our dedicated cloud servers hosted by Alibaba Cloud International (located in Virginia, USA). For our domestic operations within Mainland China, business data is securely stored on Alibaba Cloud (located in Beijing, China).

Cross-Border Data Transfers & Bidirectional Flow
To facilitate global e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, cross-border logistics, and customer support, there is a secure, limited bidirectional flow of necessary data between our overseas entities and our Mainland China affiliates.

Where your personal information is transferred outside the United Kingdom (UK) or the European Economic Area (EEA), or flows between our international and domestic entities, we ensure it is protected using appropriate and legally recognized safeguards:

  • Transfers to and Storage in the USA (including Alibaba Cloud International, Shopify, Google, Meta, and Microsoft Clarity): protected by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) where service providers are certified, or by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum (IDTA) where applicable.
  • Transfers to other countries (including global e-commerce app developers such as Omnisend, GOAFFPRO, Judge.me, and SyncWith): protected by SCCs or applicable adequacy decisions on a case-by-case basis.
